Built for closers.Seamless document workflows for the AI era.

AnySign closes the paperwork loop: invoices that collect payment, agreements that collect signatures, and documents you can share securely, with a hash-chained audit trail behind every one. Run it from the dashboard, from four lines of code, or from your AI agent.

Free while in beta · no card required · ESIGN and UETA aligned signatures

One ledger your AI and human team both work from.

Invoicing, signing and secure sharing are usually three products, or one suite that grew a second and third later. AnySign starts from the ledger instead: a single hash-chained record under all three, reachable by an agent and a person through the same API. An agent drafts and sends, someone reviews and closes, and the money, the paper and the proof stay on one timeline.

GET PAID

Invoices that look designed, and chase themselves.

  • Line items, tax and discounts computed live. Money is integer cents, never a float.
  • One hosted link per invoice: your customer views, downloads, and pays with Stripe.
  • Statuses that mean something: sent, viewed, partially paid, paid, overdue.
  • Recurring schedules issue and send on their own, on the cadence you set.

GET SIGNED

Seamless signing that works anywhere.

  • Drag signature, initials, date and text fields onto any PDF. Sequential or parallel signing.
  • Signers draw or type. Consent is recorded per the ESIGN Act before a single field is filled.
  • AES, a per-signer SMS one-time code for high-stakes documents, is coming soon on Business.
  • Every view, consent and signature lands in a hash-chained trail, sealed into the executed PDF.

SHARE SECURELY

Files that leave your inbox, but never your control.

  • Send a document as a link only the addresses or domains you named can open. Forwarding gets nobody in.
  • Pick an expiry of 7, 30, 90 or 365 days. Revoke ends the link on the very next click.
  • A view log names every verification, view, download and refusal against an address.
  • One click turns the shared file into a draft envelope, so the pack you shared is the pack that gets signed.
More about Vault

Value add at every stage, from solopreneur to enterprise.

Automation

The work that repeats, running without you.

Retainers that bill themselves on the day you set, reminders that chase the signature you are waiting on, and one upload that becomes fifty envelopes.

EVIDENCE, NOT VIBES

Every signature carries its own proof.

Each envelope keeps an append-only, hash-chained log: every event hashes the one before it, so a single altered record breaks the chain. The executed PDF is sealed with a PAdES certification signature, and a Certificate of Completion travels with it.

  • GET /v1/envelopes/{id}/audit_trail returns chain_valid
  • Consent stored verbatim: timestamp, IP, user agent, language
  • SES on every envelope today; AES and a QES upgrade path are on the roadmap

BUILT FOR THE AI ERA

Integrate into your existing workflow effortlessly.

Everything in the dashboard is a resource on /v1, and the same actions are MCP tools. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through OAuth 2.1, ask for the consulting agreement to go out to Ada, and let a signed webhook tell your stack when it is sealed.

  • REST API on /v1 with a published OpenAPI spec and a TypeScript SDK
  • MCP server: list, fetch, create and send envelopes; list templates. Nothing destructive.
  • HMAC-signed webhooks with idempotent retries for viewed, signed and paid

What the beta includes
Private beta

Freefor the whole suite, while we are in beta

No plans and no payment details: every beta account gets invoicing, signing and Vault with the same legally binding signatures we will ship at 1.0. Generous monthly allowances, so you can put real work through it and get the full value while your usage shows us what to sharpen before 1.0. Hit a cap and we will lift it.

Got questions?

Are signatures collected through AnySign legally binding?

Yes. Under the ESIGN Act and UETA, an electronic signature has the same legal effect as one in ink. AnySign captures explicit intent and ESIGN and UETA aligned consent before signing, records it verbatim per signer, and seals the executed PDF with a PAdES certification signature. Signature levels (SES, AES) are tracked per envelope, so if a signature is ever challenged the evidence is already there. A few categories — wills, most family law papers, anything needing notarisation — sit outside those laws: see the e-signature legality page.

What makes the audit trail tamper-evident?

Each envelope keeps an append-only log where every event hashes the previous one. Change one record and the chain no longer validates. The audit_trail endpoint returns chain_valid, and the executed document is locked with DocMDP so no further changes are allowed.

Can I use only the invoicing, only the signing, or only Vault?

Yes. The three share records but stand on their own. Send invoices without ever touching envelopes, run signing flows without issuing an invoice, or use Vault purely to share files you can take back.

What is Vault?

A way to send a document as a link instead of an attachment. Only the addresses or domains you name can open it, it expires on the date you chose, one click revokes it, and a view log records every open, verification, download and refusal.

Do I have to use the API?

No. Everything is available in the dashboard. The API mirrors it one to one, so you can start by hand and automate later without migrating anything.

Can my AI assistant use AnySign?

Yes. AnySign runs an MCP server. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor through OAuth 2.1 and the agent can list templates, create envelopes and send them. Nothing destructive is exposed as a tool.

How will AES verification work?

AES is coming soon on the Business plan. Each signer will receive a one-time code over SMS that must be entered before signing, and the verification will be recorded in the audit trail beside the consent and signature events. Signing today is SES: recorded intent, ESIGN and UETA consent, and a hash-chained trail.

The next agreement you send could close itself.

Invoice, signature and secure share on one ledger, from the dashboard, the API, or the AI assistant you already use.
