Beta questions.
What does the beta cost?
Nothing. Every shipped feature is unlocked for every beta user and we never ask for a card. Monthly allowances stay in place — 30 envelopes, 50 invoices, 100 Vault share links and 30 document requests — so one runaway integration cannot spoil the beta for everyone. Hit a cap and we will lift it.
What happens to my documents when the beta ends?
They stay yours. Envelopes, invoices, Vault links and the audit trail carry over untouched. You will get plenty of notice before anything about the beta changes, and nothing starts billing without you agreeing to it first.
Will beta users get anything for helping?
Beta feedback sets the roadmap: tell us what breaks, what is missing and what feels slow, and we will look after the people who help us get this right.
What counts as an envelope?
One envelope is one signing package, however many documents or signers it holds. It is counted when you send it, not when you draft it, and voided drafts never count. That is what the beta allowance of 30 a month meters.
Is a beta signature still legally binding?
Yes. The signing intent, ESIGN and UETA consent capture, hash-chained audit trail and PAdES seal are the shipping implementation, not a preview. Beta refers to the product surface and the pricing, never the legal weight.
